Process Quality Assurance
The Process Quality Assurance position is responsible for ensuring all boats meet all quality standards by overseeing the daily performance of all electrical functions, fit and finish accuracy and all imperfections, scratches and fracture in every boat when it reaches the final finish department of the production line. Essential Functions
Ensures all safety procedures are adhered to and all required personal protective equipment is worn by all subordinates. Ensures quality standards are met on each boat entering the final finish process with no imperfections left uncorrected on any boat. Ensures all required paperwork is correct and timely completed. Monitors associates' hours and eliminate all excess or needless overtime. Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping requirement in all areas. Oversees the use, upkeep, return, and placement of all tools provided. Oversees training of all new associates using the "Buddy system" and other training tool as necessary. Manages all materials and supplies to maximize use and reduce or eliminate waste of material and supplies in all areas. All other duties as assigned Experience/Qualifications
