Working at the cutting-edge of technology
It all matters.
Develop your skills to secure IT and mobile solutions, and prevent cyber attacks.
Combining your studies with practical hands-on experience within various Cyber Security teams, this is a unique opportunity to develop an exhilarating career. Starting with small tests and incidents before progressing to the type of situations that could compromise people, data and assets, you’ll be taught everything you need to know to secure a Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist qualification.
We work with government-level customers who have the very highest security classifications, so over 20-months we’ll teach you everything from security testing and monitoring through to patch and vulnerability management. By the time you’ve completed your apprenticeship, you’ll be dealing with investigations into critical incidents, and you’ll know how to use the latest tools to identify possible vulnerabilities our own systems. And with a qualification and plenty of knowledge under your belt, we’re hopeful that you’ll stay with us to pursue a permanent career in our cutting-edge team.
Use your knowledge to protect classified information – and the people behind it.
Regardless of whether you’re looking for a career change, you’re returning to work after a career break or you’re a school-leaver, you’ll find the chance to develop a deeply interesting career – all with the support of colleagues who are passionate about playing their part in protecting their customers.
You will therefore have a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C) in subjects including English and Maths. As a British Citizen, you will be at least 16-years old, and you’ll bring an organised approach to every challenge. Great attention to detail is essential, and you will be a team-player who enjoys collaborating with others. Above all else, you’ll be friendly, reliable and easy to work with – and you’ll have a genuine passion for cyber issues.
Put your future first, with a career to be proud of.
Working with us you’ll help keep people, information, and assets safe around the world. It’s a role you can feel proud of; and we aim to make every part of your career just as rewarding. That’s why when you join us, expect to receive a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement and a Civil Service Pension. Along with this, you’ll also have access to training and other development opportunities to help grow your career with us. Our offices have an on-site gym, nursery, café, and restaurant, and we offer interest-free loans on season tickets and bikes to help you get there. It's a great set of benefits made to support all you do, and all you need.
