The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Adjust cutting paths, speeds, feeds, and offsets to optimize performance
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues in real time
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
Conduct basic machine maintenance (cleaning, tool wear monitoring, gasketing)
Participate in time studies and process improvement initiatives
Train new team members on machine operation and program execution
Assist with developing inspection protocols and quality standards
This position requires both hands-on machining expertise and a proactive mindset focused on improving efficiency and quality.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
1–3+ years of CNC machining experience
Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Working knowledge of G & M codes
Experience using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other inspection tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
High school diploma
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Associate degree in CNC machining or related field
Experience with SolidCAM
Exposure to CAD/CAM programming
Experience in tooling, die, or extrusion-related manufacturing

Overtime:
As needed based on production demands
Work Environment: Manufacturing / machine shop environment with exposure to industrial noise and equipment. PPE and safety protocols are required and enforced.
