The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines including
5-axis mills and Swiss-style lathes
Load, run, and edit CNC programs at the machine as required
Select tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding
Hold tight blueprint tolerances and document quality data
Perform first-article and in-process inspections
Make program adjustments to maintain performance and accuracy
Perform basic TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to support Lean initiatives

What We’re Looking ForRequired:
3–5+ years of CNC machining and setup experience
Experience with multi-axis mills or Swiss-style lathes
Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
Ability to edit programs at the machine
Detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset
Reliable, team-oriented, safety-conscious
Preferred:
Medical device or highly regulated manufacturing experience
Lean manufacturing exposure
