Electrical Site Manager

Responsible for managing all on-site electrical activities, representing the Project Manager, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Manage site setup, construction activities, and project delivery through to commissioning and handover.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and equipment in line with the programme.
  
• Monitor progress, maintain site records, and update short-term plans.
  
• Identify and manage variations with project and commercial teams.
  
• Ensure effective coordination between all trades, clients, and stakeholders.
  
• Enforce health & safety standards, including inductions, audits, and safe systems of work.
  
• Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, and snagging to achieve high standards.
  
• Support project close-out, including commissioning, documentation, and demobilisation.
  

• 
  
• Electrical trade qualification with 5+ years’ site management experience.
  
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
