Responsible for managing all on-site electrical activities, representing the Project Manager, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage site setup, construction activities, and project delivery through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and equipment in line with the programme.
- Monitor progress, maintain site records, and update short-term plans.
- Identify and manage variations with project and commercial teams.
- Ensure effective coordination between all trades, clients, and stakeholders.
- Enforce health & safety standards, including inductions, audits, and safe systems of work.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, and snagging to achieve high standards.
- Support project close-out, including commissioning, documentation, and demobilisation.
Requirements
- Electrical trade qualification with 5+ years’ site management experience.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good IT skills and commercial awareness. xcfaprz
