Construction Supervisor

Perform site supervision for lift and escalator maintenance in a building and construction company, providing technical support, conducting inspections, troubleshooting pump systems, coaching junior staff, and ensuring safe, clean, and orderly work sites.

• Conduct site inspections to assess lift, escalator, and pump system conditions and identify maintenance needs
  
• Troubleshoot pump system failures promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
  
• Assist in lift and escalator maintenance tasks to support smooth operation and safety compliance
  
• Act as assessor for confined space work to ensure safety and regulatory compliance during operations
  
• Coach and share technical knowledge with junior colleagues to enhance team skills and performance
  
• Maintain site cleanliness and orderliness to support a safe and efficient working environment
  
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards and maintain safe working conditions
  
• Report site progress, issues, and safety concerns directly to the operations manager
  
• Remain on standby with company mobile to respond quickly to emergency pump system failures xcfaprz
  
• Work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required to support urgent troubleshooting and maintenance

• Relevant experience in lift, escalator, and pump system maintenance and troubleshooting
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers of diverse educational backgrounds
