Senior Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic construction team, delivering high-quality projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, programme, and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Project / Contracts Manager, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met
  
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to deliver works right first time
  
• Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
  
• Monitor progress and provide accurate reporting to senior management
  
• Plan, schedule, and resource works in line with the construction programme
  
• Work closely with the commercial team to flag risks and upcoming issues
  
• Maintain a snag‑free, high‑quality finish across all aspects of the build

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
  
• Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail and finishes
  
• Proficient in MS Office / Project (or similar planning tools)
