In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the Quality Management System (QMS), mentor a high-performing quality team, while establishing metrics to measure performance and ensure continuous improvement.
For you: Be part of a growing team with international offices Salary of €80,000 per annum North-East of Ireland location 2 days a week onsite Free parking Pension contributions Role Responsibilities: Develop the companies QMS strategy and roadmap Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulations Ensure alignment of QMS activities with customer requirements Establish quality objectives, KPIs and process performance Oversee the creation, revision and retention of controlled documents Role Requirements: 5+ years experience in Quality, ideally working in a Pharma, Life Sciences or Biotech background Previous experience leading global teams Demonstrated experience managing an ISO 9001 aligned QMS Experience managing eQMS systems Experience in SaaS solutions or technology driven environments For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Shane Hanrahan or call Osborne Recruitment on .
