The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Program complex 5-axis milling operations
Program multi-axis CNC turning and mill-turn centers
Develop and optimize toolpaths for tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
Support first-article prove-outs and production troubleshooting
Refine programs to improve cycle times and process stability
Collaborate with machinists, quality, and engineering teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives
This is high-mix, high-precision work — not routine production programming.

What We’re Looking For
Required
5+ years of CNC programming experience
Proven experience programming 5-axis mills and/or multi-axis turning centers
Strong CAM software proficiency
Deep understanding of G-code and toolpath optimization
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
Experience holding tight tolerances in precision environments
Preferred
Aerospace or medical device manufacturing experience
Familiarity with AS9100D or ISO 13485 environments
Experience supporting first-article inspections
