What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with deep expertise in turning centers with live tooling and sub-spindles, as well as multi-tasking turning centers with B-axis heads. This role involves producing complex, tight-tolerance components for aerospace and advanced engineering applications.
The ideal candidate is comfortable machining a wide range of materials (including aluminum, stainless, superalloys, and titanium), interpreting complex engineering drawings, and executing precise setups for challenging geometries. OKUMA experience is a plus, and aerospace experience in an AS9100 environment is a plus.
This is a hands-on role for a machinist who takes pride in accuracy, process discipline, and delivering flight-critical quality parts.

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate multi-axis and multi-tasking CNC mills and turning centres to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components
Read, interpret, and work from complex customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to ensure parts meet dimensional and geometric requirements
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using standard shop measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages, height gages, etc.)
Work closely with engineering, programming, and quality teams to troubleshoot dimensional or process issues
Identify and address tooling, fixturing, or process opportunities to improve part quality and cycle time
Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all AS9100 quality and safety standards
