Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate new business (prospecting, networking, cold calling)
• Understand technical client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from quote to delivery
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success
• Build and grow a strong client portfolio
• Maintain accurate CRM activity

What You Bring

• 5 years of B2B sales experience (metal fabrication required)
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (laser, bending, welding, CNC, etc.)
• Proven hunter mentality with strong closing skills
• Bilingual (French / English)
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to read technical drawings (asset)
