Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT

We’re an independently owned insurance agency opening in Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on motivated team member.

• Base Pay 17-19hr + Commission (strong earning potential 60k-100k)

• Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-5

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer phone calls
• Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
• Deliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationships
• Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Must have a clean background record
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to pass licensing requirements ( Study material and testing will be paid for by agency)
• Willingness to learn insurance concepts (licensing assistance available)
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $55,000+ depending on performance. Leads provided by agent, no cold calling or B2B.
