As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the studio, leading from the front to deliver outstanding performance, an exceptional member experience, and a strong, engaged team culture.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all departments
  
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to deliver best-in-class hospitality
  
• Drive engagement, performance, and ongoing development across the team

• Own and drive all studio KPIs and financial performance
  
• Manage labour scheduling and budgets effectively
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery across front desk, retail, and facilities
  
• Maintain exceptional standards across the studio environment
  

• 
  
• Deliver an industry-leading client experience at every touchpoint
  
• Work closely with marketing teams to drive member acquisition and retention
  
• Build strong connections within the local fitness community
  
• Act as a brand ambassador for Barry’s Bootcamp
  

• 
  
• 3–5 years’ management experience within fitness, hospitality, retail, or a related sector
  
• Proven ability to deliver results and exceed KPIs
  
• A natural leader with a passion for developing people
  
• Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
• High energy, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
