is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design and development of scalable AI infrastructure supporting our international business. In this role, you will drive key technical decisions and architect robust systems for model training, deployment, LLM integration, and data pipelines. You will work closely with data science, product, and engineering teams to build efficient, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions, while establishing best practices for AI development and operations in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Lead the design of scalable AI infrastructure and AI-driven application architectures, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  
• Build and optimize end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and application integration.
  
• Ensure system robustness through strong observability, maintainability, and safe deployment practices, while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks to support long‑term scalability and stability.
  
• Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies in AI infrastructure and applications, identifying opportunities to integrate new tools and architectures.
  
• Collaborate with global teams to translate technical decisions into business impact and support international expansion.
  
• Drive the growth of team technical capabilities, promote engineering best practices, and shape long‑term architectural vision for AI systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable AI infrastructure and AI-driven applications.
  
• Proficient coding skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
  
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed computing, with solid understanding of AI/ML systems, cloud-native architectures, and big data technologies.
  
• Strong expertise in backend and distributed systems.
  
• Proven experience as a technical lead, driving complex projects or high-performing engineering teams.
  
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and translate technical decisions into business impact.
