This is an opportunity to join at a formative stage, where you will play a key role in shaping how projects are defined, procured and delivered across multiple European metros.

Reporting into the Preconstruction Director, you will be a key part of the preconstruction function, supporting the development and delivery of large-scale data centre projects across Europe.

You will:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules across multiple metros (power, permitting, procurement and delivery milestones)
  
• Support customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from deal to delivery
  
• Contribute to metro-level construction strategies aligned with growth plans
  
• Partner with commercial teams to build and refine project budgets as designs evolve
  
• Support the onboarding and management of General Contractors, M&E contractors and key suppliers
  
• Lead and support tender processes, including documentation, evaluation and contractor appointment
  
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across site acquisition, design, legal, finance and delivery
  
• Support site due diligence and preconstruction activities across multiple locations
  
• Work closely with design teams to ensure solutions are safe, cost-effective and scalable
  
• Travel across Europe to support site activities, onboard local teams and guide projects through key milestones

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  
• 5+ years’ experience in preconstruction or construction within complex industrial or commercial projects

• Proven experience managing contractors and vendors across the full project lifecycle
  
• Experience managing contracts in excess of €20M
  
• Experience building construction schedules from first principles
  
• Strong exposure to tendering and contractor procurement
  
• Strong documentation and process development capabilities
  
• Familiarity with BIM-led project delivery
