As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. We’ll support your development and help you grow your people management skills.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. You will need to have previous Optical Experience, as well as previous people management experience, be a great communicator, have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable, organised, and hard‑working.
