Senior Safety Consultant

We are partnering with one of Ireland’s most recognised and dynamic production environments to appoint a Senior Safety Consultant with the experience, judgement, and presence to operate at a truly senior level.

This is a unique role supporting a fast-paced, high-profile operational setting where creativity and safety must work side by side.

You will act as a senior advisor, working closely with leadership, production teams, and contractors to ensure that safety standards are not only met, but actively drive performance.

• 
  
• Provide senior-level health & safety consultancy across complex, live operational environments
  
• Lead risk assessments and develop practical, workable safety solutions
  
• Oversee compliance with Irish legislation and industry best practice
  
• Support planning and execution of high-risk and non-routine activities
  
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including management, contractors, and production teams
  
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  
• Influence and embed a strong, proactive safety culture
  

• 
  
• 10+ years’ experience in health & safety, with strong consultancy exposure
  
• Proven ability to operate in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Strong working knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation
  
• Ability to balance compliance with practical, real-world solutions
