Sales Executive

• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual sales targets
• Actively promote products through cross-selling and upselling
• Ensure timely counter set-up, clean displays, and product care
• Handle tele-calling, customer queries, and assist with promotional campaigns
• Participate in stock monitoring, physical stock-taking, and reporting
• Support colleagues during festivals and peak hours

• Maintain grooming standards and uphold showroom presentation at all times
• Manage backend processes and documentation alongside front-end sales

2+ years of sales experience (preferably in jewellery/retail)
