What topics can you expect?

• As part of our highly skilled and supportive team, you will immerse yourself in a specific business area within the BMW Group. Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits you best. Fields such as Risk Management, Sales & Data Analytics or Geopolitics are waiting for you.
• With your transformational ideas, you will contribute to strategy development and implementation as well as enable, manage and realise innovative projects within one of those areas while taking those to the next level.
• During your assignments, you will play an active role in the ongoing transformation and digitalisation of business processes.
• Further, you will not only collaborate with various departments, but also be in touch with different markets establishing a valuable internal and international network.

• A strong academic record in fields such as Business or Consumer Science, Economics, Controlling, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, European Studies, International Relations, International Security Management, Security Studies, International Economics or similiar.
• At least six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
• A minimum of four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.
