Based on Experience (150-200k) Position Description: Are you an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with a passion for regulatory compliance and risk management? Join our team as a ServiceNow GRC Compliance Specialist and help organizations implement, optimize, and advise on governance, risk, and compliance solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a nationally recognized organization on complex compliance frameworks and make a meaningful impact in the critical infrastructure, utilities, and government sectors. Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and lead deployment of ServiceNow GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. Translate complex business requirements related to risk, controls, and regulatory compliance into integrated ServiceNow solutions. Automate compliance workflows, develop integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities within ServiceNow. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow GRC best practices, regulatory obligations, and compliance standards. Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to develop effective monitoring and reporting strategies. Advise clients on regulatory frameworks such as NIST, NERC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS. Support clients with compliance assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform implementation and administration. Bachelor's degree in a related field. ServiceNow CSA certification with GRC Implementation Specialist credential. Proven experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and compliance management systems. Deep knowledge of major compliance standards and frameworks including NIST, NERC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS. Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance; active Public Trust or suitability clearance preferred. At least 3 years of direct regulatory compliance experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to advise clients on complex regulatory and technical topics. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with federal compliance standards such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and SOC. Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CIA or industry-specific compliance credentials. Background working with federal, state, or local governments or critical infrastructure sectors. Industry experience in utilities, energy, or other critical infrastructure. Benefits Overview
