$5,000 Sign on Bonus
Compensation: Starting pay range from $45- $52+/hr which includes our Hygiene bonus plan!
Schedule: 4 day work week-Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm
Sign on bonus: $5,000 sign on paid after 60 days

What are the must haves to join the team?
Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with
our diverse patient base.
A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:
Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Qualifications:
• Current RDH licensure in South Carolina
• Active CPR Certification
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
