The Manager Data Analytics will report to the Sr Director of Data Analytics and will be responsible for leading a team of analysts primarily supporting the Finance and CE&S organizations at Entrust. The manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and evolution of data systems, driving continuous improvement, and recommending emerging analytics and BI technologies to support organizational growth, efficiency, and revenue operations. The role demands not only management skills but also the capacity to contribute directly, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, Legal, Services, and Executives.**Responsibilities:** ·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize Data and Business Intelligence requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions·
Prioritize and translate business requirements into new/enhanced data solutions or services·
Facilitate sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and define business requirements, business rules, technical requirements, and data flows /integration constructs**Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications**
·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field with 7+ years of experience working in data/analytical roles·
Experience with enterprise data visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau) and solid understanding of data design best practices·
Experience with mentoring or leading others·
Familiarity with analytics concepts (dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, data pipelines)·
Advanced Excel skills for rapid diagnostics and modeling·
