About the Trainee Program Join Omya’s Trainee Programwithin the Material Science Segment and kick‐start your career in aglobal B2B marketing environment. Over the course of 15 months, youwill gain comprehensive exposure to minerals and specialtychemicals distribution while collaborating with cross‐functionalteams in Marketing, Sales, Digital Services, and TechnicalServices. The program is designed to give you broad internationalexperience, hands‐on marketing skills, and deep insights into thetechnical and commercial sides of the raw material business for thepolymer and construction industries. Preferred start date:September 1st, 2026 (or earlier if candiate available).Requirements - Degree in Marketing & Communication or relatedfields - Prior experience in B2B marketing communications, ideallyin the industrial or chemical sector - Beneficial experience inAdobe AEM (content management), Salesforce Marketing Cloud(email/newsletter), and Adobe InDesign / Canva (visual design).Such skills can be learned during the traineeship - Ability to workboth independently and within a multicultural, multilingual team -Strong attention to detail, especially regarding technical accuracyand conceptual clarity - Excellent communication skills in English;
