Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care Eugene, OR Part-time or full-time DVM, 1-4 days per week, flexible schedule Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care is seeking a veterinarian to join our team in Eugene, OR. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, we're open to building a schedule that works for you. We offer competitive compensation, production bonuses, CE support, and benefits like a 401(k)-even for our part-time doctors. Our hospital has recently been remodeled and is gearing up for exciting growth with 8 exam rooms. You'll join a multi-doctor team supported by talented CVTs and assistants, with a consistently high doctor-to-staff ratio. We also have a sister hospital in Cottage Grove, which you may support occasionally, though most of the need is at our Eugene location. Get to know us: The Team 8-doctor team with 3-4 doctors scheduled daily 4 Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs), with 2 more on track to certify by spring 2026 Every doctor has 2-3 dedicated assistants/CVTs for appointments, plus a dedicated surgical assistant CVT skilled in dentistry and extractions
The Facility & Equipment 8 exam rooms, surgery suite, dental suite, isolation ward, dedicated break room Digital radiology + handheld digital dental Full in-house lab, ultrasound, new anesthesia monitoring equipment, and cautery In-house blood bank supply
Our Services Small animal general practice + urgent care, walk-ins, and emergencies Surgery capabilities: soft tissue, foreign body, amputations, dentistry, emergency surgeries, enucleations, splenectomy, and some orthopedics Fear Free approaches welcome
The Community Scenic location with outdoor recreation, farm stands, wineries, breweries, and great restaurants Cultural charm: theater, arts, the University of Oregon, and excellent schools Centrally located with airport and train access, plus a bike-friendly lifestyle
Compensation: This is a highly productive team, seeing 20+ patients per day. We're able to offer flexible compensation aligned with your production level, helping you find a nice balance of salary and bonuses. Sign-on bonus PTO CE allowance + PTO to attend Flexible schedule-rotating Saturdays (8 am-2 pm, paid as a full shift). Closed Sundays. 4 doctor coats provided per year Pet care discounts Medical, dental, etc. Parental leave 401k
