Fire Safety Manager

We have an excellent opening for a Fire Safety Manager who would be responsible for developing and overseeing fire safety strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and maintaining effective emergency preparedness across a complex operational environment.

The role leads fire prevention initiatives, supports operational safety, and engages with stakeholders to maintain high safety standards.

• Develop and maintain fire safety policies, strategies, and emergency response procedures
  
• Lead fire training programmes, awareness initiatives, and evacuation planning
  
• Conduct fire drills, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions
  
• Oversee compliance, audits, and inspection programmes for fire safety systems
  
• Ensure all fire and life safety systems meet regulatory and industry standards
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, certifications, and compliance records
  
• Review infrastructure changes and projects for fire safety compliance
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on safety matters
  
• Monitor ongoing works impacting life safety systems and report risks
  
• Provide regular reporting on fire safety performance and improvements

• Degree in fire safety or a related discipline
  
• Extensive experience in fire safety management within complex environments
  
• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance frameworks
  
• Proven experience in audits, inspections, and emergency planning
  
• Ability to develop and deliver training programmes
  
• Strong xcfaprz stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• High attention to detail with an analytical approach
  
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and documentation systems
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
