Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regulatory authorisation process with the Central Bank of Ireland
- Ensure all compliance documentation and requirements are met to a high standard
- Support the wider team in aligning with regulatory expectations
- Maintain oversight of key compliance areas, including AML, data protection, and consumer protection
- Develop and manage the compliance monitoring framework and annual plan
- Prepare reports for senior leadership, board, and risk committees
- Act as a key contact for regulatory engagement, audits, and investigations
- Identify and implement process improvements across compliance and operations
Is this you?
- Proven experience in compliance within financial services or insurance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks xcfaprz and delivering to deadlines
What's on offer
- Salary: €65,000 to €70,000
- Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in South Dublin)
