Aramark is currently seeking an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our catering operation in Parkmore, Galway. • Lead, manage, and motivate a catering team to achieve high performance and service standards

• Take full responsibility for HACCP compliance and maintain accurate cleanliness and food safety records
  
• Ensure all operations comply with Aramark policies and procedures
  
• Deliver effective staff training, development, and performance management

• Ensure effective implementation of operational standards and company initiatives

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team in catering, hospitality, or food services
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Proven capability to effectively implement processes and procedures
  
• Demonstrated leadership excellence with the ability to inspire and engage teams
