We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Leader to launch and lead the very first Howdens Depot in Limerick.

This is a role with real autonomy — you’ll run your depot your way, take full ownership of your P&L, and create a culture that delivers exceptional service and strong results, all with the support of a wider network behind you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to achieve depot targets
- Driving sales and profitability through strong P&L and stock managementBuilding and maintaining relationships with local trade customers
- Delivering exceptional service across every customer interaction
- Creating a positive, high-performance team culture
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including stock, safety, and compliance

- Has proven experience leading and developing sales teams
- Is commercially focused and driven by targets and results
- Can build strong relationships with local trade customers
- Thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
