The ideal candidate will facilitate system implementations, support updates, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the PLM domain. Attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills are imperative for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and optimize current business processes for PLM efficiency. Collaborate with teams to document and prioritize system enhancements. Facilitate clear communication between business units, IT, and vendors. Support the planning, testing, and deployment of Windchill system updates. Develop and conduct training to enhance user adoption of PLM systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Profound knowledge in Windchill PLM systems and modules. Exceptional analytical and business process analysis skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Industry Experience:

Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable for understanding specific PLM requirements and challenges.
