About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Papa John’s! Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in running our kitchen and leading a dynamic team of up to 10 passionate individuals. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with a smile, making them the heart of every operational decision.

In this role, you will:

• Support resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
• Monitor and enhance guest experiences, developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

We’re looking for someone who is:

While previous experience at Papa John’s and achieving your ROC or AROC qualification is a plus, it’s not essential—full training will be provided!
