Collections Representative

The Collections Representative will negotiate with customers to arrive at the best resolution for our clients and the company by using compassion, empathy, and respect.

Location: Remote work acceptable, must be in domestic, continuous United States.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday - shift between 7:00am to 7:00pm CST, Friday - shift between 7:00am and 6:00pm CST, 1 evening shift with 10:00am to 7:00pm CST schedule, and every other Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm CST.

Salary: $18.50/hour with an uncapped commission structure.
