March Forward, a financial planning and wealth management firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for investment, retirement, and insurance accounts, working closely with advisors, clients, and financial institutions to ensure accounts are opened accurately and efficiently. Youll work daily in Salesforce, Redtail CRM, and other financial platforms, helping keep our operations running smoothly while delivering a seamless experience for new and existing clients.
