What You’ll Do Provide
onsite technical support
for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain
laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot
Windows/Mac OS, connectivity, and peripheral issues Support
user onboarding/offboarding , including account setup and equipment provisioning Assist with
network troubleshooting
(Wi-Fi, VPN, basic switching) Perform
break/fix support, upgrades, and equipment deployments Maintain accurate
ticketing documentation and inventory tracking Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues What We’re Looking For 2–5+ years of experience in
IT support or field technician roles Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting Experience with
Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems Ability to work
onsite 5 days/week in Dallas Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize xywuqvp effectively Nice to Have Experience with
Mac OS support Familiarity with
network infrastructure (switches, routers, cabling) Certifications such as
