Responsibilities : The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: IT Strategy & Planning Support development of Brillect’s overall technology strategy, including evaluation and implementation of new tools and systems that support business objectives. Operationalize AI policy, governance, and implementation to ensure responsible and compliant use across the organization. Administer and optimize the technologies across the organization, including coordination with external technology vendors supporting operational needs. Evaluate and recommend new technology vendors and solutions to support business needs. Vendor Management & External IT Support Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison Brillect’s IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), Netrio. Manage IT MSP performance, service level agreements, and support tickets. Coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. Partner with the MSP on security updates, vulnerability management, and incident response if issues arise. Track and report on MSP performance metrics, including ticket volume, response and resolution times, recurring issues, and overall service quality; identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and client-facing teams to ensure security controls and practices align with client contract requirements and information security obligations. Coordinate and manage Netrio’s bi-monthly onsite visits, including scheduling and identifying priority work for onsite technicians. IT Operations Oversee software license management, reconciliation, and renewals, including Microsoft, ATS/CRM platforms, and other systems as needed. Manage IT budget and technology spending, ensuring cost-effective use of technology resources. Manage laptop inventory including purchasing new devices when needed. Manage user provisioning, access permissions, and system integrations across core systems. Support employee technology needs, including device setup, troubleshooting, and responding to IT-related questions. Oversee employee technology onboarding and offboarding processes. Partner with HR and Operations teams to maintain system documentation, processes, and technology standards. Provide oversight of Brillect’s data environment, including data access, usage, quality, and governance practices to ensure responsible and secure use of company data. Lead and manage IT-related initiatives and projects across the organization, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and execution to support business priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–8 years of experience in IT administration, systems management, or IT operations. Experience managing IT vendors or managed service providers. Strong data competencies, including understanding of data access controls, data integrity, reporting workflows, and responsible use of company data across systems. Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and core Microsoft applications, with a focus on user access, permissions, and collaboration tools. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and technology initiatives. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical employees. Experience managing SaaS platforms, software licenses, and user access controls. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate system documentation and processes. A strong commitment to going the extra mile to provide consultants, employees, and clients with best-in-class support, in alignment with Brillect’s values. Experience in professional services, consulting, or staffing environments is a plus. Desire to be part of a growing company experiencing high growth and frequent transformation. Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary range from $100,000 - $120,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
