adhering to industry best practices. Review, interpret, troubleshoot, and optimize
SQL queries ; write clean, maintainable code with proper structure, comments, and design considerations. Validate report data for accuracy and consistency to build trust in BI solutions; provide feedback to internal and external data sources. Demonstrate proficiency with
business intelligence (BI) tools and technologies . Conduct source data analysis including
data profiling, validation, conceptual and logical data modeling
to ensure data quality and suitability. Collaborate with
subject matter experts (SMEs)
to understand business concepts, processes, and terminology. Partner with stakeholders to develop business requirements that lead to successful project outcomes and innovative solutions. Follow project methodology, change management processes, and departmental procedures. Work effectively in a
team environment , including with remote team members. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in
Power BI , including data modeling, DAX, and report development. Advanced
SQL
skills for query optimization, troubleshooting, and data extraction. Solid understanding of
data analysis, data profiling, and data validation techniques . Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Familiarity with
enterprise BI best practices
