Contribute to system integrations that improve access to data and reduce context switching for end users.
Participate in reviewing and analyzing existing development tools, workflows, and configurations toidentifyimprovement opportunities.
Help document recommended standards, processes, and best practices related to software delivery and tool usage.
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and operations teams to gather requirements and share progress.
Learn and apply best practices related to version control, CI/CD pipelines, and software governance.
Required Qualifications Currently pursuing abachelor'sdegree insoftware engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development concepts (e.g., version control, APIs,webor application development).
Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language.
Strong analytical skills with an interest in improving systems and processes.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (but Not Required) Qualifications Exposure to cloud platforms, developer tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience with Agile or DevOps concepts.
Interest in automation, reporting, or developer productivity tools.
