As a key part of our leadership team, you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, guiding a talented team of National Account Executives and managing a substantial revenue territory.
Hybrid/Remote:
We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexibility with at least 2 days per week onsite and 3 days remote. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our office in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team to consistently exceed sales objectives.
Create a collaborative and dynamic team environment focused on accountability and continuous growth.
Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team success.
Revenue Growth & Account Management:
Oversee a significant revenue territory, emphasizing organic growth, customer retention, and strategic account acquisition.
Devise and implement strategies to enhance revenue within key accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute strategies to secure and expand large accounts, informed by customer needs and market trends.
Lead business development initiatives, including collaboration on proposals and account presentations.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Ensure accurate sales forecasting aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader company ambitions.
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing large territories and teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of driving growth and meeting revenue targets within large accounts.
Experience in a strategic and consultative sales environment is essential.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of motivating and developing sales teams.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
