Quality Assurance Engineer

who excels in dynamic environments and is committed to upholding quality standards throughout the production process! Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of lean and Six Sigma methodologies Train and empower team members to take ownership of quality Develop and execute quality control plans and visual standards Investigate root causes of defects and waste, leading initiatives for their elimination Oversee the corrective action program, ensuring compliance both internally and externally Provide hands-on quality support on the manufacturing floor Manage all internal and external audit programs, conducting thorough data and trend analysis Assist in selecting, qualifying, and evaluating supplier performance Support all aspects of design engineering and manufacturing processes Ensure adherence to UL and other product requirements Contribute to achieving ISO 9001 compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Preferred five years of relevant experience ASQC Certified Quality Engineer certification is a plus Able to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers Hands-on experience with strong problem-solving skills Proficient in machining processes and blueprint reading Possess a sense of urgency and self-management skills to meet deadlines Passionate about world-class manufacturing practices
