SuperCare’s is looking for experienced support workers to join our SuperTeam here in Eastbourne. 

Our SuperTeam comprises highly experienced support workers and team leaders who are able to cover multiple homes within our Eastbourne satellite.

To that end, we’re looking to speak to individuals who have extensive experience supporting children with extremely challenging needs including but not limited to:

- Aggressive behaviours such as headbutting and lashing out

- Personal care issues (such as smearing/incontinence)

- Not knowing their own strength/size

- Unable to verbally communicate needs

- High energy and physically strong young people
