Position Description and Requirements
* Project administration and reporting
* Designs and maintain technical and project documentation
* Creates project estimates based on project requirements
* Creates workflow processes and diagrams
Communication
* Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
* Holds regular status meetings with project team
* Effectively communicates relevant project information to stakeholders
* Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Technical Understanding
* Possesses general understanding in the areas of modern web and app development and open source content management platforms
* Understands digital marketing, SEO/SEM, web analytics, marketing automation and customer relationship management
* Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
Client Management
* Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
* Prioritize features, bugs and updates based on client expectations
* Sets and manages client expectations.
* Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
* Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Other Responsibilities Include:
* Creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identifying resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
* Working with developer and development team to resolve Application related issues
* Reviewing deliverables prepared by team and performs quality assurance procedures on assets before passing to client.
* Developing and organizing a QA and testing system for updated or newly developed code
* Research and prioritize client requirements as well as develop project timelines for web based applications. Manage day to day development of custom applications.
Education/Experience:
* College Degree preferred.
* 3-5 years' experience in web adjacent discipline.
This position will be at our downtown Chicago office, in beautiful River North, 1-block from the Red Line and walking distance from some of the best restaurants in the city! Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
