POSITION OVERVIEW The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful analysis though data collection, structuring and design, validation and reporting to support decisionmaking processes within the organization. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Utilize business intelligence tools and software to extract, analyze, and visualize data for operations, financial reporting and decision-making purposes. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain financial models, databases, and systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. Financial Planning and Analysis Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluation of the company's operations, including revenue, costs, and profitability. Develop financial models, forecasts, and projections to support strategic planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into variances, trends, and potential risks or opportunities. Experience and Skills Experience in data analysis, financial planning and analysis or accounting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex financial data. Proficiency in data architecture, design, collection, validation and modeling. Experience working with SQL, Python, VBA, and other languages, business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric or similar software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
