Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. • Design and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, including:
o User access o Roles and permissions o Sharing settings o Site components • Develop CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) assets, including: o Dashboards o Datasets o Recipes o Lenses o Insights aligned with business KPIs • Implement and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including: o Leads o Opportunities o ccounts o Cases o Knowledge o Omni-Channel o Workflows o Process automation • Build and customize Salesforce components and configurations, including: o Lightning Web Components (LWC preferred) o Page layouts o Flows o Validation rules o Data models • Work closely with business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. • Collaborate with development teams on Apex, integrations, and API-based enhancements. • Perform system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage deployments, and execute production rollouts. • Ensure compliance with platform governance, security policies, and access control best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues and support ad hoc enhancements as needed.
