Exciting Opportunity! Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will develop innovative and implement strategies to drive business growth from our network of distributors. In this key role, you'll work closely with our General Manager, oversee sales activities, and play a pivotal part in achieving our sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributor clients.
Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and performance.
Lead sales presentations and negotiate major deals with clients.
Be the face and voice of StrombergBrand at trade shows, industry functions, meetings and on social media.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
Candidates with imprinted promotional products/ad specialties or b2b gift experience preferred/not required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and solve problems.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Leadership potential to manage and motivate a sales team.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
