Are you looking for a role where your work directly empowers an organization to make informed, data-driven decisions? We are searching for an Business Intelligence Developer to join our IT Data team and play an impactful role with analyzing business information andhelp drive reporting strategyand visualization dashboardsthat support strategic initiatives and ongoing business requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in database development, ETL processes, and report generation using Qlik, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies.Coding knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Java and Python is a plus. The right person for the job will be a skilled problem solver who is able to look at technical data issues from different perspectives, do research, and find patterns. They'll work closely with their colleagues to compare data from different sources and make suggestions based on what they find.

Primary Responsibilities:

Partnering with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense, aligning with business objectives. Utilizing Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting. Contribute to the Agile and Project Management methodologiesfromplanning to execution (i.e. requirements gathering, decomposition, development, etc.) in support of department or organizational projects. Manage multiple projects, shifting priorities as needed to produce accurate work product, all while meeting established deadlines. Qualifications:

Formal education in MIS, CIS, Math, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, or a related discipline. Experience with Qlik Sense, Microsoft SQL, and Power BI preferred. Experience in Insurance is nice to have. Proven ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Self-motivated, attention to detail, passion for solving problems, and eager to learn about emerging technologies. Must be willing to participate in an on call rotation schedule.
