Our health centers are located in Six large suburban communities (Aurora, Elgin, Carol Stream, Bensenville, Bolingbrook & Romeoville) within a one hour commute to downtown Chicago - with a staff of over 400 we serve 90,000 annually, providing primary care at our Joint Commission Accredited FQHC.
