We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager with a strong balance of leadership and hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams while also possessing technical proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and requirements gathering.

About the role

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Define and execute a BI strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalable and efficient data solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and drive solutions. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Optimize SQL queries and leverage cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high-performance data delivery. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact. Lead BI projects from conception to execution, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and professional development. What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 5-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field. Strong technical foundation in BI tools and cloud-based data solutions: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL for complex queries and data optimization, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and training junior analysts. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insights into business value. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Big-picture thinker who can connect the dots across an organization and identify new opportunities for data-driven decision-making. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Employment Type: Full-time, long-term position at Concord. Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 base. Work arrangement: hybrid-flex (1-2 days on-site, but flexible). Office location: Parkville, MO. Interview process: (1) introductory call, (2) take-home assessment, and (3) panel interview with the hiring team. Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
