About The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team in Minehead! Are you ready to spice things up?

You should be hardworking, determined, and reliable—someone who loves to get things done and is always on the lookout for better ways to help the team consistently meet our brand standards.
Making our guests smile is at the heart of our values, and you’ll ensure this happens by keeping guests at the center of all operational decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving candidates who understand their role in enhancing the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team. You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
