Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and relationship‑driven E‑Commerce / Retail Manager to strengthen and grow our partnerships across national e‑commerce platforms and retail dealers within the lighting and furniture industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our brand and our dealer network, ensuring that product data, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, the ability to forecast performance trends, and a talent for organizing and delivering high‑quality content tailored to e‑commerce partners. You will regularly collaborate with our internal marketing team to support nationwide sales initiatives and ensure alignment across all channels.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, strategic relationship management, and the ability to travel to meet partners, gather insights, and support long‑term growth. You will also oversee backend coordination to ensure smooth delivery and execution of partner orders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow relationships with both E-commerce partners as well as Dealers (Lighting & Furniture) nationally.
Forecast and provide analytics on your partners and projects to better service this market sector.
Format and provide data needed by E-commerce to continue to market both the brand and products through their platforms in a timely and organized fashion.
Align with our own marketing department to ensure nationwide sales initiatives that will encourage our dealers (Ecommerce, Lighting, & Furniture) to increase sales.
Hold our various partners to the promotions plan schedule (Sales initiatives) to ensure an even playing field for all our partners.
Travel to meet with and develop relationships with our partners to gather feedback on how we can improve and better align with their own growth ambitions.
Facilitate back‑end coordination for sales through your partners to ensure appropriate delivery completion.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing national e‑commerce and retail dealer relationships, ideally within lighting, furniture, or related design-focused industries.
Strong analytics and forecasting abilities, including the ability to evaluate partner performance, project trends, and develop data‑driven strategies.
Advanced data management skills, including preparing, organizing, and delivering product data, content, and marketing assets tailored to e‑commerce platforms.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing teams to align nationwide sales initiatives, promotional activities, and brand strategy.
Experience enforcing promotional schedules and sales initiatives across multiple partners to maintain consistency and compliance.
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with a track record of conducting partner visits, gathering feedback, and supporting long‑term growth objectives.
Strong operational and coordination capabilities, ensuring smooth backend processes, accurate delivery completion, and seamless partner support.
Comfort with regular travel to maintain and grow key partner relationships.
Ability to serve as a professional brand ambassador, demonstrating deep product knowledge, industry insight, and alignment with company values.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, capable of managing multiple partners, timelines, and initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, digital merchandising, and omnichannel retail strategies (preferred).

Location This position is primarily based out of our Showroom Offices in SOHO, New York City (4 days a week), with one remote day a week. Frequent travel to meet with business partners will be required.
100,000 - 120,000 yearly + Commissions on Sales Targets.
