This essential role focuses on corporate reporting and strategic projects that drive organizational design, operational excellence, cross‑functional improvements, and business planning initiatives. This leader will not only develop long‑term, solution‑oriented strategies to fulfill TransUnion's growth and profitability goals but also drive global business analytics and insights in credit risk solutions. They will primarily be responsible for building and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive 3‑year strategic plan for Analytics Enablement Solutions, revenue forecasts, and corporate reporting for executives. Your Qualifications
Degree: Bachelor's from a reputable university. Experience: Over 10 years in SaaS/PaaS or analytics, with 3+ years in consulting advantageous. Proven ability in strategic planning and leading large initiatives as a former consultant or executive. Experience in scaling teams and driving substantial growth across various organizations. Strong relational skills to foster partnerships in matrixed environments. Adept at motivating teams to embrace new challenges. Execution‑focused, capable of navigating through change and ambiguity to achieve outcomes. Preferred Skills
Expertise in analytics enablement and credit risk landscape to anticipate and mitigate business risks. Capacity to manage multiple analysis projects, adapting to changes with ease. Exceptional project management skills to keep progress on track despite hurdles. Proactive in partnership, offering insights and support to drive business success. Excellent communication skills for meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions. Your Impact
The TruIQ Analytics Enablement Solutions represent cutting‑edge SaaS/PaaS offerings at TransUnion, aimed at transforming how customers engage with our services. This role monitors technology trends and data across products to identify risks and opportunities, informing long‑term growth strategies. Responsibilities include developing business cases and financial models to justify investments and evaluate their impact. Lead the global prioritization of Analytics Enablement and oversee the strategic 3‑year plan. Coordinate financial plans with market partners, outlining key investment areas. Manage strategic initiatives and processes, including corporate presentations and monthly reviews. Set measurable goals for strategic projects and track progress with teams. Gather market intelligence on trends, consumer behavior, and competition to refine product strategies. This is a hybrid position requiring two days a week in the office at our assigned TransUnion location. Benefits
