Executive Summary HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect (CCAP Senior Architect) to oversee the end-to-end architecture for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) solution, providing technical leadership and serving as the gatekeeper for architectural decisions.
Position Description The architect will be responsible for defining the full architecture blueprint, designing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership to solution teams and system integrators, and leading the Center of Excellence Architecture Review Board.
Position Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to solution teams and system integrators.
Define the full architecture blueprint, including business processes, integration, data, and security.
Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions leveraging the platform's capabilities.
Review and approve all architectural and technical decisions as a gatekeeper in the Center of Excellence (CoE) Architecture Review Board.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design, including 2 years in an enterprise or government environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow).
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Minimum 3 years of experience designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
Excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration, knowledge transfer, and providing written technical/project documentation.
